Menu

Our menu is large and varied, suitable for both lunch, dinner and evening guests. The dishes are carefully composed, and largely consist of good, local ingredients. Much of the food is made in our wood-fired oven, or in our Josper grill. This is a closed oven, where the food is charcoal-grilled at very high heat, up to 400-500 degrees. The method gives a distinctive and typical grill taste, and not least – it makes the food very juicy.
