About Bjørk
Bjørk is an Italian-inspired restaurant, centrally located in the Glasshouse in Bodø. We also have a restaurant at City Nord. At the downtown restaurant, you can watch the pizza chefs in action from morning to evening, and we can offer a varied menu consisting of stone oven-baked pizza, homemade pasta, grilled dishes from our Josper charcoal grill, fresh salads, and sweet desserts. The dishes are carefully composed and largely consist of good local ingredients.
At City Nord, we serve a selection of our most popular dishes in surroundings that invite a welcome break in an otherwise busy everyday life.
The restaurant in the Glasshouse has several sections with outdoor seating, a bar, banquet rooms, and meeting facilities. Here, you can enjoy a warm and informal atmosphere that suits everyday life as well as slightly bigger occasions.

Pizzaiolo
We are seeking a full time pizzaiolo for our wood-fired pizza station.
Relevant experience as pizzaiolo is nessecary, experience in Neapolitan style pizza and wood fire cooking is a huge plus.
Your profile:
Experience with sourdough is preferable
Ability to stretch pizza
Being able to work effectively independent on shift, as well as in a team
Keeping good hygiene standards is a must
Focus on good quality products
You like working in a fast paced environment
Good Scandinavian/English communication skills
Norwegian/European work permit
Chef
We are hiring a skilled, experienced chef to our restaurant.
We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail and passion for food.
Who are you?
You have a minimum of two years' experience as a chef from the restaurant industry
You are used to focusing on high quality and service in a busy everyday life
You work in a structured and organized way
You are motivated by being in a creative and hectic environment
You have knowledge of HACCP
You master Scandinavian or English both orally and in writing
You are a good colleague, and like to contribute to a pleasant and inclusive work environment
